Overview
Our cinematic ballet installation for Wan Chai station in Hong Kong was made from scratch with the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and the Hong Kong Design Centre as a result of a commission from MTR. The project enabled us to direct the longest ever photo artwork and partner with The Hong Kong Ballet, Conran and Partners and the Royal Academy of Dance, on a 14 month project with our friends at Treacle Media, 35MM and The Creative Services Company!
We were honoured to have been featured in FUSED Magazine as part of the Great British Design Campaign for 2020 for our permanent installation, ‘This Is Wan Chai’, the single largest photo to have ever been created for MTR. We’re very proud to have been recognised as strengthening the UK’s relationship with Hong Kong and that our 220m photo installation has inspired, and brought nations closer.
