Overview
Children’s voices often go unheard in politics yet the decisions made in Westminster affect their daily lives and their futures.
Wind & Foster worked with the interaction design research group, Open Lab at Newcastle University, to produce a short film demonstrating the ways in which Barnardo’s have been listening to young people in order to understand what matters most to them and what kind of futures they want. Their views have contributed to a ‘manifesto’ called #ItsOurFuture because although they can’t vote, they deserve a say, because it’s their future too.
