Client: Institution of Civil Engineers - 200th Year Anniversary
Overview
2018 marked the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Institution of Civil Engineers and to celebrate, ICE commissioned us to devise and create an animated 3D crystal model of their logo, thus bringing the starburst logo to life in three dimensions.
Made of crystal, stone and metal, we visualised the original shard-based logo in a 3D environment and projected the years’ photographic content onto its glass panes as part of a journey through its architecture. A beautiful device and original way to discover the bicentennial years of public engagement work.
